Floor Plan
Floor plans are created using a software and are deemed accurate but can be slightly off. Ideal for showing property layout of the house. All floor plans come with and without measurements.
This allows potential buyers to virtually walk through a property. It is perfect to market to out-of-town or out-of-state buyers and gives buyers a layout of a house without the hassle of an in-person showing.

Travel Fee
Any travel that requires more than 35 miles from the St. Paul / Inver Grove MN area will be subject to a $1 per mile fee outside of that radius. See map below:
